I certify that the jumper will be at least 18 years of age on the day of the jump. I also understand that all jumpers must weigh 230 pounds or less. I recognize that cancellations must be at least 72 hours before the day of the course. I also understand that I must be at the Solo First Jump Course at the scheduled time. Failing to arrive at the scheduled time may result in not being able to participate in the Solo First Jump Course as you would have missed out on too much information already. I acknowledge that Skydive Saskatoon reserves the right to refuse service if they believe the safety of the jump may be compromised for any reason (medical conditions, unable to meet the minimum standard in the course, unable to fit into the skydiving gear etc). I also certify that the mailing address I have provided is correct and I understand that the product I am purchasing will be mailed to the address I have provided.
